Welcome to SnowMoBlog.

My name is Rick Mahn (view my blog, and about me), and this is the first post to my newest online endeavor. SnowMoBlog.

I envision SnowMoBlog to be an interactive resource and conversation about the sport of snowmobiling. I’ve got a lot of ideas and plans, but for now we’re going to start out simple. As you can see, I’m currently hosting this site on a freebie service while I work out some of the kinks. There is a lot to do to get this configured as I plan, with simple graphics, a decent layout that is easy to follow and find things, and so on.

Hang in there with me as I work to get this site tweaked a bit. I may even go for a different type of web server – currently this site is on WordPress, the same system I use on RickMahn.com, but it may not work for what we are going to try here – we’ll see.

Anyway, welcome! Hope to make this a fun, interactive site that everyone feels they can participate in.
